The Red Lion is located only 8 miles from Reading centre, opposite the beautiful village green. The building dates back from 1845 and has a beautiful outdoor seating area. We our proud joint sponsors of Woodcote village cricket team and we are at the heart of our community in Woodcote.
We offer a wide menu, with something to suit every taste. Our food is independent, locally sourced and prepared with love by our dedicated kitchen team. We use the best ingredients from Goring Village Butchers and Peter Smith. There is also the option to takeaway our delicious food which includes pizza and fish & chips.
